The St. Croix Tribal Health Clinic takes great pride in being an Ojibwe owned and managed state of the art Health clinic that is culturally appropriate, person-centered and holistic focused on prevention. Our goal is to assist our community members in preventing the onset of disease or health issues through screening and education, stop the disease or health issue in its tracks before it can become chronic through the best and most advanced treatments, while reducing the overall impact on the individual, the family, and our communities.

This is accomplished by modern innovations such as electronic health records and proven practices made available, such as nutrition and fitness as medical treatment and adjunct care. Our patients can feel confident receiving care from the most qualified, caring staff who utilize the most innovative and effective evidenced-base practices for optimal health.

We integrate several services to treat the whole person-through Diabetes Care, Nutrition, Fitness, Family Medical, Dental, Optical, Pharmaceutical, W.I.C., Medical Eligibility Outreach, Transportation, Honoring Our Children/Honoring Our Families, Healthy Heart, Community Health-Elder Care, Behavioral Health, Tobacco Cessation, and Minochigedaa.
